Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about her parents. However she credits her grandfather as the one that inspired her to start working out. Her father was an active bodybuilder when the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley was always physically active. As a young girl of four, she started to swim, and continued doing for a decade. While she participated in several events but she was not determined enough to adhere to an eating plan that allowed her body to perform in its peak. There is a belief that she was a popular high school student because of her beautiful appearance and slender figure. However, it's not certain if Ashley had a relationship during this time. When she graduated, Ashley chose not to go on in college, but instead focus on her career of a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 years young when she realizing that the body she had was not what she wanted. Her dad encouraged her to go to the training facility. But she took the advice of her grandfather to start with a slow pace. What she didn't know was that she'd go on to spend 9 years shaping her figure, and gradually becoming a fitness idol. Ashley's win inspired her to participate in at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She placed seventh and was a bit disappointed that she had been an undeserved loss. The result led to Ashley push herself to be better. Ashley competed at her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed in fifth place. As the competition was finished, Ashley opted to not compete again. The competition was offering photography shoots during her time participating, however she didn't want to combine her career, however now that she quit competing she decided to go on to be a fitness model. The magazine featured her on the cover page of a well-known fitness magazine, which started her journey to becoming an exercise model after she got to sign with a modelling agency. Since then, she has been a highly sought-after model and has appeared for many bikini brand names and globally renowned clothing brands.
